Mafia Wars Loot Gifting Script

This will be for the Mafia Wars game app on Facebook.
It would probably be better if you are already familiar with the game and the gifting features but not necessary.
I want something that is more efficient than what the game uses to send loot and collection items to other mafia members.
The game uses the wish list, which is slow and you can only send one item at a time.
I want something that will send a large volume of items to the recipient.
Also, I would like a confirmation screen at the end of the transfer that shows how many items were sent.
I use Firefox.
