Cool Graphic Work For Twitter

Hello There,
I am looking for a designer to help me create two PSD images for twitter backgrounds, and a custom banner for a blog. The designs I am looking for are having a world in my hand with my company name around the globe/world. Then the other one is to be very similar but with just a name around it. Look forward to working with an experienced and talented graphic designer to knock this out in the next day. Also i prefer to communicate on Skype, so please I prefer Skype users.
