Short Ebook Design

I have a very short ebook (6 pages, more of a report) that I need a little bit of design work done for.
What I need is an e-book cover image and a well formatted .pdf file. It has 3-4 images a page that need to be placed next to corresponding text.
This should be a very simple job if you have the right tools and experience.
