Dvd Cover And Ecover

I need a DVD cover for a “get out of debt dvd”. I will need two versions, an english version and a spanish version. Same cover just the words translated. I will provide the words in both english and spanish.
The winning bidder must provide all graphics and designs. All pictures used must be royalty free. I will also need an ecover version of the dvd and the case for a website.
The files for both must be provided to me in high resolution and different formats (jpeg, png and psd)and the ecover should also be provided in three different sizes (small, med, large).
I do need a quick turnaround on this project. Please do not bid if you are too busy and cannot finish this project in the time promised.
