Website Content Transfer

We need the content from one website transferred into a new website template and a user login system created for the new template. In the front office of the new site there needs to be a home page, a login page, and a sign up page. Once the user logs into the back office we need the rest of the pages included in the navigation. We need this done in 5 hours from now(2:12 PM Aug 24).
