Live Auction Clone

Hi there, I’m looking for a clone similar to bidz.com or go4bids.com (the live auction aspect of the site; in which a live countdown timer for each auction is displayed and bids are able to be placed from the front page)
I want CMS so we can add and edit pages along with management for auctions (adding/editing/deleting items, preset templates, auto relisting etc). Also I will need a simple and efficient sales manager program to be intergrated.
This must be able to handle a very large memberbase and run efficiently.
