Custom WordPress Template

I need a custom wordpress template built that matches the look/feel of our new website. One hard requirement (other than obvious look/feel part)
- Header must carry links and active data from shopping cart in the normal site header (we use Magento shopping cart).

I need a quick turnaround on this project. Experienced programmers only. No table-based code – everything must be Web 2.0 compliant. PMB for additional info please!
