Drupal Site Move

Hello,
I need a Redhat Linux and php/mysql expert to move a very large customize drupal 5 site that I have.
Right now the site is on one redhat server, but because of traffic influxes, needs to be moved to a cloud solution. I need the winning bidder to move the site to the cloud of 6 front servers with 1 database server.
What’s at issue with the move, is that posters to the site have the ability to upload pictures and other assorted files. I need Rsync or some other solution installed so that when files are uploaded, they are copied to the other servers.
