Fix Index Page

I have a webcam site, the index page shows online and offline cams. My problem is that all cam pics are on one page which makes the index page extremely slow to load. I need the index to show the first 20 cams, and automatically make page 2,3,4 etc…so the pages load faster. You can view the site at www.electricams.com I cannot get into cpanel, but can give you the ftp details. If you need to log in, you can use username test and password testing. thanks for looking.
