Redesign Existing Landing Page

Hi,
I need a landing page to be designed based on the structure, look and feel of an existing landing page. You do not need to provide content; I will provide this plus the detail in word document. This is an EASY job for the right person.
I need website designer that will incorporate their ideas with ours to produce a good looking page that’s engaging and conveys the appropriate message to potential customers. The landing page is a short one page with opt in form on the right. I need an existing opt in form to be re-design for me to match the look and feel of the theme of the landing page.
