Build An E-commerce Site

We are looking for someone to build an e-commerce site. The site will be an e-commerce site in which vendors can post and edit pictures of their products and their biographical information. Thus, they have a personal page linked to our site. Sales must go securely through our site; a flat commission rate will go to us, and once we have confirmation of the delivery of the product (must be tracked), the remainder of the sale will go to the vendor. The site must be secure, professional, and clean-looking, with no ads.
Please contact us for further information. This site must have enormous capacity and requires someone experienced in building e-commerce sites.
