WordPress Real Estate Plugin

I need to get a programmer to develop a plugin for wordpress to manage properties on a real estate site.
it will be replacing the current system on our website so will need to have all the functionality of the current system and more.
most of the work will be in the back-end as the front-end is quite presentable already.
It will need to be as SEO friendly as possible
The Plugin will need to have the following features at least for each property:
Google maps integration
gallery
details page
video section
country
price
suggested rental value
section for downloads
there will be some more features also…
such as:
featured properties
rss feeds
etc
Please only expierienced WordPress Developers
Only very good english speakers
