Google Adwords Campaign

We already have an Adword account with Google. I need somebody with experience to setup and input a google Adwords campaigns for my sites.. I will prefer 20 to 30 different Ad Groups.
You will research the best keywords for each of the Ad Groups using keyword suggestion tools. I will provide some keywords for you also. Then you will use the best keywords to write the title, description and URL’s for each of the Ad group. I all also give you some of the URLs. I will also give you t the add sizes I need… basically standard ad sizes
