Import Attributes Creloaded

We have just been given an attributes file from our suppliers that is 20mb, but we cannot seem to get it to import as we are not familiar with this easypopulate for attributes.
We need this done today, should not take someone with more experience that long.
We have future work for the winner to automate xml stock updates from another suppliers datafeeds and much more work on the site.
