Fixed Width To Liquid

I’d like to have a fixed width layout to liquid layout.
I’d like to have 3 columns for the content boxes.
I also would like to take the top menu and put it to the left as:

- Sub
- Sub

- Sub
- Sub
So it’ll be look like http://www.google.com/ig
I’ll show you the screenshot of the design in PMB.
It’s tableless coded W3 valid.
Do not bid until you see the screenshot.
