Actionscript 3 Zoom Function

I need someone to modify an existing flash script for me. It is an interactive map script that uses XML to plot points on an image. It has the ability to pan across the image, but my client wants to integrate a zoom function into it (zoom in and out of the image). It is written in AS3, so you must be fluent in that. Let me know what the cost of a project like this would be, plus how long it would take to get the project finished.
