Website Modifications
I need someone to make some website changes for me (I’m swamped with other work and need to get this done asap – the programmer originally hired for this did not complete the job)
There’s a few changes, most are simple and I imagine they shouldn’t take very long.

FIRST CHANGE

Attached is a jpeg showing what the new header should look like – the main differences being the map on the right and the ‘mini-menu’ up the top. Each of those tabs will link to seperate pages.
SECOND CHANGE

Under the “Car Service & Repairs” section there is a form that appears on the right when you click the ‘express quote’ or ‘express booking’ buttons – the javascript on this form is currently not working how I requested.
All fields marked with a * star should be verified once the submit button is pressed. Currently the form is using onblur events to verifiy fields have been filled in – I want the onblur events removed and a simple onsubmit verification done instead.
The other validation that needs to be done on this form is that the verify name field should match the first field in the form. This is just a simple anti-spam measure.
The form should also send the email via php to an email address I will supply to you.
THIRD CHANGE

The form with the three icons (pricing options, service area, car makes) currently appears only on each page in the “Car Service & Repairs” section. It also needs to be added to the “Contact & Booking” page, “Fleet Service” page and also the home page.
FOURTH CHANGE

On the car service page:

A button/link needs to be added at the end of the text – when clicked (use a bit of javascript) it will reveal extra text at the bottom (text attached in .txt document)
FIFTH CHANGE

Ensure the footer does not overlap with the text on any page in the site – especially with the form when it is expanded

Car Makes table (in supplied word doc) needs to added to car makes page:

And Service Area needs a new page created with the suburbs table added from the same word document
– Do not just attach the word document. It needs to be html coded into the page.
– The booking form can be removed from these two pages if you need more room.
