Here are the TWO issues.
1. I have an existing site, www.blueskylms.com that I copied over from fatcow to hostgator. The moved site is now called www.blueskypps.com. The nav and the header are not formatting correctly – don’t know why – nothing should have really changed except I eliminated some pages and changed some text. From what I can tell the theme doesn’t seem to be using the lightblue.css like it should – maybe it’s a permission issue from being copied over from another server?
2. I eliminated some text from the landing page of www.blueskylms.com and now the sidebar is not in the correct position – It moved down vertically. The other pages are correct, so you can see.
My sites are using the WP Remix 3.0 theme.
I could use your help in clearing these two problems up ASAP!

I need a landing page for my domain name www.greatdatestoday.com. It will have the word SEX on the page. Each letter will have a small banner for a website that will direct the viewer to that website. I want the banner to enlarge when the cursor goes over it for easier reading. Each banner will be 30 X 30 and enlarge to a 60 X 120 in size and can be clicked onto if interested. The S in sex will be made up of these small banners, as will the E and X.
I will furnish the links and banners to the sites, although the banners will not be 30 X 30. It will be a simple page with some type of headline, contact information, and partner listings.

If you’ll take a look at the attachments you will see most of the modifications I want to make to this code are extremely simple. You can view the site at www.socialking.com/airain there seems to be something wrong with the code because internet explorer reports errors on the pages. Also the image over of the navigation images does not seem to be working. The admin section that I need should be really basic it should simply be so that I can upload product pictures to any pages designated picture area and have them appear on the page I choose. The pictures should appear on the site in the order uploaded. Also I want the viewer to have the ability to enlarge the pictures to its original size.

1. Users can be added via and admin area where the admin selects which industry categories they are subscribed to
2. Each user can access an account page to view balances and purchase credits via PayPal IPN
3. When a visitor submits a quick quote using the form like www.whichleads.co.uk an email is sent to the admin email address with details of the submission.
4. The admin then approves the submission and it is distributed to those users who are subscribed to the industry category.
5. A copy of the submission is also stored in a MySQL database.
6. If the user hasn’t any credits in their account they are sent an alert email with a link to the website where they can top up credits and proceed to PayPal for payment or chose an alternative payment method.
7. If the user has sufficient credits in their account they are sent the approved lead
8. The admin can manually add credits to the users account

I am looking for a skillful coder to develop software for me to run my medical teleservices. This is a walk thru of my desired system:
1. A client comes to the home page and registers/login
2. They then are prompted to enter billing info thru my payment gateway
3. The client can then enter pertinent medical data and history information for example:DOB, Gender, address, phone #, past medical history, family history, allergies, current medications, pharmacy info,etc.
4. This info needs to be safe/secure in our database of clients. The info must be HIPPA compliant.
5. I would also like to be able to send mass emails to my clients at will as well as autoresponder messages such as “health tip of the day”. I can use aweber or getresponse for this though.
6. The software should allow me or my staff to update the clients health record after each encounter. It should also allow the client to access their own health records thru a secured login. They could also print this data to use as they please.
7. The health record should also be printable with one click by admin as well.
8. I will like the database built to handle a client base of up to 25K clients.
