I need to have a javascript menu built from an xml file. You may use jquery, but no other js library.

The js menu should have a very similar look & feel to that of the target.com website.

The mail level of the website will contain 4 items (these items will be read from the xml file)
New Items | Basic Stock | Seasonal | Seasonal In Stock

For New Items, there will be a list of departments. When a user hovers over the New Items text, the menu will display a dropdown menu of Department names (the department names will be read from the xml file)

For The Basic Stock and Seasonal items, there will be a list of departments and a sublist of divisions. When a user hovers over the menu text, the menu will display a dropdown menu of Department names (the department names will be read from the xml file). When a user hovers over the Department name text, the menu will display a dropdown menu of Division names (the division names will be read from the xml file).

The Seasonal In Stock item won’t have any dropdown. It will simply point to a single URL.

All links from this menu system will point to a PHP script located in a subdirectory (from the public web root /catalog/page.php?products=)
The value of products in the URL string is in the xml file. It will look like 10 or 10,16 or 10,16,61

The xml file is periodically dynamically built from a database, so the js menu must read the xml file dynamically as well.

I have attached the current 106K xml file. You can download it and check out the format. I wrote the code to build the xml file, so it will be possible to make changes if you deem it necessary.

The js menu should be presented with css to modify base colors, rollover colors, etc. I’ll show you the site this will run on so you can get the colors right the first time.

I have installed joomla/virtumart script on www.natraja.com/shop/ to sell chess-sets. I need an additioinal feature – when sets are out of stock, customer should be able pay a deposit, and advance book the item.

I should be able to set the advance amount, and when the set is available, all customer waiting for the sets should get an email autmatically, when stock is updated. When they login, they should see the advance order in their account and pay the remaining balance and buy the item.

I need a developer to build a component allowing users (car dealers) to post vehicles to CL from within an admin area. The features required include the following: the user clicks on a link saying ‘Post to CL’. This then takes the user’s vehicle infomation, title, price, location and sends it to CL and pre-fills the CL form. We are looking for a Flash developer/programmer to create a simple Flash-based ticker (which will pull it’s data from an XML file) and a “counter” which will contain the total number of days, and hours, in which two whales have been in captivity. Please take a look at the two graphics which have been attached to this project (EndTheShow_Counters.gif & EndTheShow_WhaleTicker_copy.gif).

These files will be used for an anti-captivity website advocating for the protection, and possible release, of marine mammals in captivity. The ticker will contain a list of names of captive whales, along with the dates of their death (if applicable). The information for the ticker should be contained within an XML file. The counter will count the total number of days, and hours, in which two killer whales have been held captive. The counter should auto-increment each hour, and each day, providing an accurate tally. The following is a list of dates in which both counters should start:

Lolita: 08/11/1970 (start at 12:00AM)
Corky: 12/12/1969 (start at 12:00AM)

Additionally, with regards to the counters, there should be a simple way to end each one of the counters, in the instance that one of the whales should die; thus ending the counter for that animal.

Once the Flash objects have been created, I need the developer to create single XHTML template using both the Flash objects and the attached PSD file. The PSD file will need to be sliced in order to create the template.

Hi, It seems that although my blog is supposed to be set to send a weekly update to all subscribers it is not doing so. I need an experienced WP programmer to trouble shoot this and do what it takes to make sure the system is sending a weekly update to all subscribers. There are a couple possible issues that may be causing this, which I can think of: 1) conflict between plugins 2) conflict with feedburner. So you’ll also need to be familiar with feedburner. A friend emailed me about the possibility of a feedburner problem. She wrote “I know when Google took over feedburner, there were a lot of issues with existing feedburner setups. Mike already had it then but could never get his to work right on his stock site after that. He eventually gave up and took it off. I installed feedburner on my site after Google took over the workings of that, and didn’t have any problems with it. So if you had yours prior to the changeover, it could be related to that. Sorry I don’t have any solutions for you, only problems! Maybe if you log into your feedburner account it’ll have something under the Troubleshooting side.”
