Web 2.0 Landing Page Template

I am looking for a template that I can use over and over again for my clickbank affiliate product landing pages by simply changing the text, pictures and links ‘within’ the frame.

The template ‘frame’ will have a full graphic header on top with a great logo design for my brand: Another Attorney Jack Review…
You can make use of the scales of justice, judges gavel and maybe a bank safe slightly open with gold or money, etc. Not sure if I also provide a pic of me.
Down the left side of the ‘frame’ will be a few links to other recent reviews, Blog, articles, etc.
No ‘frame’ on right side of page.
Bottom of frame will have small links to blog, contact us, Home, Privacy Policy, Site Map, Articles
I will need a separate optin box for lead capture (Name & email only) that matches the layout along with a few different text box layouts that I can use if needed for text on the page (for bonuses, testimonials, etc.)
I want to stay with the colors that seem to work best in web 2.0 style such as crimson blues,rich greens, burgandy,black or metalic silver look. We can discuss this upon hire with specifics.
The template page and layout are NOT difficult for the right creative web 2.0 designer. Once hired this should be a fairly quick set of design options. I am looking for a person that can communicate by Instant Messenger so we can work together and get this done fast. Lots of future projects IMMEDIATELY for the designer if work is high end product.
