Simple Os-commerce Project

The OS-Commerce and STS (Simple Template System) is already installed on the server. I want someone to integrate the new design into the oscommerce. The new design is ready. We want that the website should work as this website http://www.jenniferbehr.com/ is working. We need the functionality as this website is having both in terms of frontend and backend. Please also tell your availability.
