Fix Joomla To Work In Ie

I just got a Joomla site designed at www.DedanTolbert.com but it’s not working in browsers older than Internet explorer 8 and it REALLY NEEDS to be able to be viewed in older browsers.

We keep getting an error message. It’s a new website.

I need it to be working in IE since that’s what most people use.

Hopefully this can be a quick fix.
