Help With Admin Side Of Site

A few months ago I placed a bid to have a website created for me. You can view it here http://www.scriptlance.com/projects/1242874618.shtml. The site www.freebiemoneytree.com is up and runnung and has been for a for about month but i haven’t received any response from the developer in about the same time. There are a few problems and I need help fixing them so that I can be on my way with my site. Please help.
