Fix Website Bug

We had a website working fine for about 12 months, it appears the hosting provider has done some sort of upgrade and now our search facility on the website is no longer working.

enquiries & Orders – Enter a Zip Code (i.e. 08876)
You will see that it fails with an error. In the past if it found a valid zip code it would bring up details of address, etc.if it didn’t it would just post a message saying that it cannot be found.
I can provide ftp access to the server.
