Dynamic Banner

For professionals and experienced designer only. I need a dynamic banner/flyer for a nonprofit in 3 separate sizes:

1. 242 X 242 pixels
2. 3.5 x 2 pixel
3. 350 x 350 pixel
4. Skyscrapper

The banner MUST be CREATED… No copy and past work. It MUST be very exceptional, beautiful, attractive, convincing, etc… I’m sure you got the point :)
