Script For Clickable Bg Ad

Script enabling clickable background image/tile on website needed.
The script/function must be simple and easy to maintain and must not interfere with other functionality of website, and must work in all browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Chrome, Safari etc). To enable use on different platforms (asp, php, .net etc), Javascript is preferred.
