Hi!
I required 5000 votes to my one of friend url: http://urlhd.com/2416
This site not require any email verification for vote. But user required to votes from different IP and user agent.
Terms:-
1. Payment through Escrow only. Payment confirmation after work is done.
2. Votes must be from different IP address.
3. IPs can be from any country, but not more than 1 vote from same IP.
