Adjust My Website Header

I have added an image of the website how I WOULD LIKE IT TO LOOK, on the header section of the website.
You can see the site live now at 3darmory.com and then see the picture I have attached to see how I would like the header to look.
This will give you an idea of what it looks like now and what functions the header has. There are no serious functions that need to be coded, everything hard is already there. It will basically be just moving stuff around and rearranging the header and images it uses.
