Configure Ostube Install

my Ostube site is already installed and working,
but uberupload is not, it has something to do with the cgi directory and
folder permissions.
I need you to do the following:
1. Configure the uberupload to work
2. Re-check the scripts like ffmpeg if working properly
3. make a note all you did so that i can do it on my own in the future.
lowest bid will be considered and i give great feedbacks
