Celebrity Gossip Site Clone

I would like a celebirty gossip site clone of tmz.com or prezhilton.com newstoob.com that is fully automatic and grabs gossip from Multi RSS feeds and makes it look as if it is my own. and is stored in a mysql db and grabs the photos to be stored on my site so no dead links. The design of the site can be basic as I can do the graphics myself. Also ads should be placed threw out. can be programed in any language as long as it uses mysql for the database.
