Php Script Error

I am getting the following error with a PHP Script -

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING

I will send the winner a script and what I am trying to accomplish.

This should take the right person 5 minutes to complete.
