Php Script Editing/design Edit

I have a penny auction script exactly the same as belows demo:

Firstly the script needs to be installed and then there are a few errors with the script that need fixing. (Its not uploading images, the autobidder isnt working, the bidbutler isnt working, when the timer ends the auction status stays at paused untill the screen is refreshed. Won auctions arent going into the won auction section in the admin etc).
Aswell as these additions to the script i have jpg images of each page on the site (5 main pages) how i would like it to be. This design needs to be implemented on the script. The design must be made SEO freindly.
Please let me know if anyone can complete this project.
