Live Record Audio/video Joomla

Hi I would like a component for my joomla site where users can record live radio/audio/video podcasts which users can view live. After live session, users can post videos/audio to website to “podcast” gallery. I would like the interface similar to Videowhisper, stickam, AVChat where users can listen in and chat with others.
Other features:
- admin has ability to create rooms.
-Users can rate live video/audio and when it is posted.
-Jomsocial integration.
-Categories
-ability for recorders to sell their videos or audios (optional feature)
Module: On front page of website have member’s snapshots – who’s live, live audios/radio, etc.
-Schedule of upcoming shows
