Coupons Compenent For Joomla

I would like a coupons component & module for my Joomla 1.5 site where users can submit store coupons and savings to the site. I would like the component to be integrated with Jomsocial and show user avatars.
*Users can post coupons, others can vote if it worked.
*Users can comment on the coupons -(optional)
*The modules to show – top coupons with success rates.
