2. Purpose of site
The objective of the site is to help users & small businesses to compare several web hosting offers against one another so as to find the right hosting plan based on their needs.
3. Admin Structure
The admin can manage (create, edit, delete, change order up or down) of categories, titles, sub texts from the site:

The table comparing hosting offers must be fully managed with columns and rows. A logo of each hosting company will be added for each offer.
All sections with texts such as “about us”, “contact us” should be administered by an html writting script so as to edit text easily (Italic, Bold, etc).
4. URL redirection
Each url redirection must pass through an intermediate page so on which a conversion tag will be placed.
That intermediate page should hide any referring urls with ‘Double Meta Refresh’ method so that hosting companies don’t see the traffic source.
