Logo & Website Template

I will be needing to create a Logo and a Template for a new website project. It is related to Coupons or Deals and Marine Aquariums. Something basic, clean and that will end up been search engine friendly.
For the template things that should be considered is that the site will mainly be a Newsletter type project where users will sign up using email / address and might have some social network type features so template need to incorporate matching “tabs”.
You may submit you bid for logo only, template only and for both together.
