Redo Flash

We need a flash programmer asap to redo our flash in the header of our webshop
Its two flash one with tabs, and aotherwith only a seperate tab wich needs to modified as one, tabs some smaller to fit just under the other flash,and click state,
so if i am on a certain page, it shows where you are on the tab
