Uploading Videos To Amazon S3

Hi-

I would like a video instruction of exactly how to upload a video to Amazon S3 storage from scratch.

I have the amazon aws keys and s3fox organizer.

I also need to know how to take that video and place it on a webpage.
I will need to know what player to use, how to get it, the best video format. Assume I know nothing.
