Promote My Free File Hosting

Hello,
we own a FREE image and a file hosting service that we would like to promote. We need someone who can be creative in the way they promote for instance upload content on our site and share links in forums etc so the word goes out. Also maybe contacting sites that currently use rapidshare etc for downloads, maybe try and establish partnership with them to add our site as a mirror. Please let me know if you can be up for this task. Think of this as a test, if we see results we may ask you to continue and work for us as a part time freelancer. Please pmb for link to our service that you will be promoting. Also let me know some ideas that you will be using to promote. Would like to hire a bidder asap.
