Paint This In Photoshop

Looking for someone who can “paint” in Photoshop the attached graphic in a style such as the one at http://talismanhounds.com/. This is part of a planned website redesign and it will be one of the focal points – background is transparent (as it will be placed within a larger graphic). Most of the coloring will be on the “gewgaw” and not the dog, although some bits of color and texturizing will be needed on the dog as well (refer to URL listed for example) – looking for a metal/wood and jewelly look for the “gewgaw”.
Must utilize layers for the various edits and stylings. Have another project as well if this one goes nicely (similar art and “gewgaw”, different dog and pose).
