Non Profit Site Design

Am looking for experienced web site designer to design or clone a new website. It should also include these pages: Home, Who we are,News,Projects,Video,Webmail,Links and Photo gallery. I like the site to mirror or a clone of a site which I will provide at a later stage.
I will also need a logo designed for the site.
