Graphic Design Help Needed

I need to combine 6 different images to make 1 final image.
Final image should include source file that maintains individual layers for each of the elements for easy future editing.
It would also be great, if possible, for the images to be vectorized so that they can be easily resized in the future.
Please see attached image. This is exactly what the final image should look like. You’ll notice currently that the quality is poor, edges are blurry, etc….
This is what I need help with.
I have all of the individual images that make up this graphic. I just need it cleaned up to look professional
