Custom Template Design – Easy

I need a template done for a coupon site. Its just needs to be two pages.

I really like the retailmenot design and layout and prefer something similar. Pages needed are a homepage and a store page (page that displays the coupons).
NO function is needed, just the design.
Shouldn’t take to long, code needs to be clean.
