Connecting Pages Os+flash

I need somebody who will be able to work on the project connected with web
service www.eapteka.krakow.pl. What is needed?
1. Adapting template (http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/23688.html)
as an intro page (coloured parts of the circle must be linked with appropriate
tabs/divisions of the service)
2. Changing oscommerce so it cooperates with “one page checkout” and ” earning
points system” or “credit card and gift voucher”
