Whois And Shopping Cart System

Hi,
I’m looking for someone to design a domain name checker system, and then allow the user to tick the names they would like to register and add to shopping cart.
they need to be able to check as many names as they would like, then simply click register.
all the names must then be listed in the cart, and they click pay now….
I will then create the payment system.
$15 maximum via SL escrow.
must be asap.
