Your cost to redeem this certificate to receive the $300.00 free voucher is just a one-time $35.00 redemption fee. This redemption fee is fully refundable after completion of this Free Merchandise, or Services program. Once you redeem this certificate you will receive the $300.00 Free Merchandise, or Services voucher in the mail. You will also be required to pay a $5.00 registration deposit at the time of registering which is also refunded to you at the completion of this Free Merchandise, or Services program. On your 12th month you will receive a $30.00 gift card instead of $25.00 in order to reimburse you for the $5.00 registration deposit. You must send in $100.00 in original receipts from the Coffee Break Members you choose to the fulfillment part of the company to prove that you did spend $100.00 in Merchandise, or Services you chose. Once you do that, Azram Publishing Company will issue you a $25.00 gift card that can be used for Merchandise, or Services of your choice. You can only redeem a maximum of $25.00 per month in rebates. In order to redeem all of the $300.00 in Merchandise, or Services it will take you 12 months. $25.00 per month for 12 months. The Azram Publishing Company was hired for this customer retention Merchandise, or Services program. Merchandisers, or Service businesses already justify spending 25% of their revenues on marketing and advertising to bring in customers. With this program they want to reward their loyal customers with the money they would spend normally for advertising. After redeeming all of your $300.00 in Merchandise, or Services purchases, please mail a written letter of request to the address below with proof that you completed the program for your $35.00 redemption fee refund. Once we receive your request we will send you a check for your $35.00. This is our way to incentiveize you to complete the entire process. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date located on this form. This offer is only good for United States residents.
