Htaccess Redirect Refer Script

I have a site that uses images to track views. I would like to be able to dynamically name the images according to the user ID of my members (image won’t exist but will be redirected to a script I have rto extract referal info like ip, browser, referer, time etc). This way member 1007′s image would be named 1007.bmp. I would like to be able to insert the referal info (via img tag) from that image into the database under the I.D. 1007 so that I can list all the members logs via their user I.D.
