Full Text Rss Feeds & Joomla

I need someone to capture news from rssfeeds (I will provide them) and then post the stories like this:
http://www.genengnews.com/news/newslist.aspx
Notice how when you click on the stories, the text appears within the joomla site. it should comes under latest news of the joomla site and some minor template modifications to be done in this joomla site.
