WordPress Alteration

I need a wordpress expert to alter my template here http://www.massbodybuilding.org/blog/ so that I can put banners in the section under featured posts and remove the featured posts writing.
I need to be able to add different sized ones etc in the control panel.
I also need the altered template so I can use on other sites.
