Panoramio Api Integration Php

i need a small website(2 Pages) to made
1 page client side
1 page admin side(no login )
in the client side page, i need maps and photos displayed using the Panoramio API from http://www.panoramio.com/api/
From the admin page, i need to be able to add more maps and their corresponding Details to make these maps work in the client side page
Notes: Should be done in PHP4, MySQL to be used for storing the maps created by Admin. FOllow the attachment strictly for more details on how the client page must work.
i dont think this is very difficult, so i need reasonable offers.
